As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very friendly staff and welcome. Travelling by bikes it is always nice if there is an understanding that bikes cannot be parked outside. Good size room (triple), basic but clean and functional. Good central location. Breakfast was buffet style and offered an ok selection.
The hotel is probably owned by a family, an aged couple who also work at the reception. They were extremely respectful and caring. The location of the hotel directly opposite the station is not a problem, because there they had triple glazing on the windows, which perfectly isolated the noise from outside. The train and bus station are just a few steps away. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be renovated.
The hotel is only a few steps away from the train station and local businesses. There is a limited number of parking spaces directly behind the building. The room was spacious, functional and clean. The beds were good. The bathroom is old but functional and is O.K. given the price of the room.
Breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel is runs by its owners - family business. Rooms are comparatively spacious - especially the bathroom which had beautiful tilework. Hotel is scrupulously clean. And the location close to the railway station was really convenient.
