We arrived very early, but we were able to check into our room, and meet family to enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, with local oat speciality which we enjoyed. Underground secure car park with easy access into the hotel. Excellent value for Switzerland.

The Leuen was well maintained, clean and comfortable . All the staff were welcoming , very helpful and friendly. Great food and excellent service in the restaurant. We stayed 3 days and ate all our meals at the hotel.

No sleep and no rest and zero chance to cool the place down because there were only 2 mini windows. We asked for a room with windows because it felt suffocating, especially at night but were asked to pay 130 ch.toilet was poorly ventilated, toilet seat broken.
In very city Oldtown, charming historical house and cosy renovated, super confirtable functional rooms. 3d floor room had amazing views.. And pet friendly
