The small town and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is popular with locals and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The owners Patricia and Soren and their staff are very welcoming. The location of the town is very good with raill & bus links to almost anywhere. Swiss rail lived up fully to its reputation. A Cable car is situated 200m from hotel and reaches the 1900m at the top of Stanserhorn in minutes. Recommend purchasing a "Tell Pass"

It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great.
The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water.
There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks.
We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

The appartment is situated in a location which is excellent for making various trips and beautiful walks. It is equipped with a very comfortable bed and a new bathroom. The window blinds, the secluded parking space and the (shared) swimming pool are very nice perks. We and our dog also liked the spacious balcony very much. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming.

They didn’t served me breakfast at 10:02AM saying we close at 10 and you can take anything remaining from the last room. This was insult to me and as a guest. The receptionist charged me 45 franks extra saying it’s for your child need extra breakfast and room bed which I said the extra bed is not required but still it was charged and at the end no breakfast.
Well-run family hotel with comfortable 2-bedroom suite on a beautiful location right at the lake. The restaurant serves excellent food and wine from local origin.

location is perfect, near the lake and we stayed with a lake view room which was amazing! we kindly ask to have a room at the ground floor and a baby bed and it was all arranged when we arrived. perfectly clean and very enough space. breakfast was also perfect quality. there is a pillow menu which is awesome. very nice chairs at the balcony so you can sit and enjoy the view.
