The best breakfast in this planet. The ladies marie in breakfast area so nice and friendly, she prepared good breakfast and always smile and friendly. I really enjoyed breakfast in this hotel. The vibes so good. The location of the hotel also nice and got free parking.

The small town and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is popular with locals and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The owners Patricia and Soren and their staff are very welcoming. The location of the town is very good with raill & bus links to almost anywhere. Swiss rail lived up fully to its reputation. A Cable car is situated 200m from hotel and reaches the 1900m at the top of Stanserhorn in minutes. Recommend purchasing a "Tell Pass"

The breakfast was wonderful, bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. Close walk to the bus to get to and from the train station. Area felt safe and was quiet. Also, several restaurants within walking distance.

It was very easy to check in and out. We arrived out of hours, and had been provided with a code to enter the lobby. There we found a self service machine where we popped in our details and it gave us the key and room number. Very easy, we ended up using it to check out too

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff were pretty friendly. The room was quite spacious and the view was pleasant as we could see the mountains. There was a cosy play area for kids. They offered us a tourist card though we didn’t use it.
Nice facilities and great location to go to the alps in the region. We did not realise the train from alpnachstad to pilatus only functions in the summer.
Traditional style hotel, rooms were very nice, staff exceptionally helpful, even supplying take out breakfasts for our two kids who were still asleep when breakfast finished. We had drinks in the bar and really enjoyed the ambience. Alpnach was a stopover for us on the way to Italy but we really enjoyed being here for a night.
We booked this Hotel to get away from the city centre of Luzern, where we spend a day exploring. For that purpose the hotel is excellent and very affordable. The location is ideal to explore Mount Pilatus, and we drove to Kriens for cable car next morning. The staff is amazing, and the lady hosting the breakfast was really really nice. Breakfast was included, and with multiple choices.
