my husband and I loved the location, out of the hussle bussle of the city and yet a 10 min walk to the bus stop to get into the city centre. Our room was very clean, food was excellent and staff were always cheerful and helpful.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
A beautifully curated cultural experience. Even the lobby and hallways were a feast for the eyes. The restaurant was incredible (and our waiter was truly exceptional). The beds were comfortable and we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the river. The kids loved the crafting and storytelling experiences. Also, the pool was a hit. Would love to come back again. Definitely recommended.
Lobby decor just beautiful.
Family really enjoyed the Museum ( cost is extra) we did 30mins in the morning and went back for another 30 mins in the afternoon. Museum staff Amazing.
Finally on my check out day - front desk staff was smiling, with positive welcoming attitude. I wish she would have checked me in.
