Due to dietary laws we could not partake of much of the breakfast, however, there was delicious yogurt.and fresh brewed coffee, and while we were not able to eat the French eggs, baked French toast with compote, cream cheese and maple syrup and sausage rolls, it was a feast for our eyes.

What a wonderful B&B run by beautiful, warm and caring people. From the moment we were greeted on arrival to the moment we left the service was perfect. Super immaculate, comfortable, quiet and clean. Nothing was too much trouble, it almost felt like staying with family.
A bonus was off street parking, amazing breakfasts and the location being so near the falls.

The location is fantastic, a short walk to Clifton Hill.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Location was very good near to many attractions. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our youngest member enjoyed the garden and especially the wee bonus of the birds nest and seeing the young bird grow from the conservatory at back of house. Two shower room was great for a big family. Kitchen mainly well equipped, a few additions as mentioned to host could be added, ideal if you wanted to dine in. Over all a lovely 16 night stay.
This was a great place to stay overall. We had full kitchen facilities, were able to have a campfire one night, and there were activities on site for the kids (Owen and the bug hunt was a big hit). It was just easy overall and allowed us to enjoy Niagara from a base where we could prep picnic lunches and make breakfasts and dinner.
