Family with two teenagers shared a queen room with good firm beds, shower, fridge and desk space. Air con worked a treat. Teenagers loved the gym and the pool. Adults loved the outdoor area. Friendly and reliable shuttle bus ran ever 30 mins on the hour and half hour from hotel (10-15 mins later from Departures door 8). Perfect for two nights.
Good air-conditioning on a sticky night. Newly renovated bathroom with an interesting shower. Spacious accommodation for a family with 3 children. (I think we got an upgrade from the apartment we booked,) One child said the sheets smelled nice. Fluffy towels. Comfortable beds. The children liked the place and slept very well.
Not only were we well treated, there was a crib ready for our child, the restaurant was delicious and also had options we can share with our child and the staff was so friendly.
The rooms, the pool area is a big hit if you have family with kids. Breakfast is good overall.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly, pleasant and helped with all of our needs (crib). The hot breakfast was great. They had a good variety and even my baby could eat which is an added bonus!

The kids had fun in the pool (waterslide). I would definitely come back! The hotel is clean, modern and easily accessible l. Plus the staff was so helpful. Naomie was very knowledgeable and helpful! Easy and Quick check-in and checkout...no complaints. Every room has a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge. Plus they have a variety of TV channels for kids and adults. It was a great overall experience.
