We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. At nighttime the bedrooms had blackout blinds which so many places we have stayed don’t have, so we got a good nights sleep.It was great having a BBQ and a hot tub. We also made use of the large washing machine and tumble dryer too. Our host was very responsive too. It suited our family’s needs very well and we would definitely stay here again.

We were fortunate to stay on the gold level floor. The breakfast and appetizer selections were excellent. The lounge, indoor and outdoor, was beautiful. The location of the Empress was ideal for our short stay in Victoria. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
