The property was well equipped and extremely well thought out. It was easy to find, parking available and very comfortable. Cathy very kindly arranged a whale watching trip for us which was fabulous.

The lady working the breakfast room and the young man with the brown hair working front desk are great.

The motel owner was super nice and welcoming. She helped me with doing my laundry - I gave it in the evening, and she offered me to wash it during the night in order to have it ready for me on the morning.
The rooms were comfortable and facilitated, equipped with a kitchen and a sofa.
Location is good, 15 minutes drive from the harbour of Campbell River.
The nicest part about the location is the access to a isloated beach beneath the motel. A privaye long wooden and steep stairway connects the motel to a wild beach strip.
I saw a family of seals swimming there a few times, and it's a great place to relax and watch sunset and ocean wildlife.
Featuring a marina and a seasonal restaurant, Brown’s Bay Resort has plenty to offer. Cabins have a private terrace with beautiful ocean views and BBQ facilities in all units.

Riverside location was fantastic! The view from the living room was amazing. Wildlife in abundance.
Well equipped kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
Friendly and informative welcome on arrival.
Would recommend to friends and family.
The room was large and comfortable, with an amazing ocean view. I was with my daughter and 2 grandchildren so the little table, and desk area came in handy for colouring etc. The free breakfast was in a beautiful restaurant with the friendliest staff. And the pool was so much fun!
