Staff members are the soul of this place. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, caring, courteous and always referred to us by our names. Food is good (the feijoada was amazing). Room was great, bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good, and the amenities were very well maintained. Several activities are offered. Everything was spotless.
