Loved the peace of the place and the overall village! I didn't know that the village was actually build after the condominium (Outeiro das Brisas), but the good part is that we were able to enter the condominium and see the sunrise
The hosts were super friendly and gave us super great tips of the beaches and better spots.
The room was huge and the propriety has good places to relax during the day, nothing luxurious, but really good value for money if you're planning to stay all day in the beaches and return just for sleeping and recover

I booked my stay at Pousada Lumar without realizing it was the São João weekend, and what a surprise it turned out to be! I initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending my trip to a full week (if I could, I'd still be there). Caraíva is an incredible place, and staying at Pousada Lumar with Ana and her amazing staff made the experience unforgettable.
The pousada is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for working while traveling. I was able to work remotely in a quiet environment, and Ana and her amazing staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request I had.
Another highlight was Padoca, the bakery just in front. Great breakfasts and lunches there at very reasonable prices. It became my go-to spot for working in the afternoons, having a cold beer and enjoying their sandwiches.
I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, two bathrooms, great staff. Contact super efficient We arrived super late on check in day and they allowed us to stay until late the day of departure. We left to go to trancoso and getting there our accommodation was terrible so i called the team here and immediately they took us back. Amazing people. Would stay here forever

The place is very well maintained and the staff was attentive. Given the suggestions we got from Letícia on the best route to take to get there and the welcoming we got from Otávio, the communication was overall great. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal as it is close to the beach and to the centre of Caraíva. Will definitely go back.

Family run, wonderful owners! Alessandro and his family were simply lovely and did so much for us even inviting to their home for lunch! Sal the housekeeper was lovely and made the best cakes for breakfast! Mirror beach was heavenly! Very peaceful area with great views! A must stay place ! Lovely room with Eyptian cotton sheets and romantic bed! Great shower too! Breakfast had everything, freshly squeezed friut, fruit, coffee, hot milk, cereal, fresh rolls, bread, jam, scrambled or fried egg, tapiocas, and Sals cakes!
