Hotel Sergio Gomes was a fantastic experience! From the homelike atmosphere to the introduction to Brazilian food, culture, and history, it was an experience not to be missed. Sergio, Tom and Emelyn worked hard to ensure our stay was comfortable and educational. A bonus is the close proximity to the Sao Paulo Temple.
Sergio ensured that we visited cultural sites and museums, as well as art galleries and parks. Tom ensured that we ate a variety of Brazilian food and helped with some of the tours. Emelyn guided us through the tours, interpreting into English or finding someone who could guide us in English. She also taught us basic Brazilian words and phrases, and also cooked for us on the weekend.
We will be back to Brazil and look forward to staying at Hotel Sergio Gomes again.
