The beautiful garden with private access to swim in the river and the outstanding breakfast were really great. It is very quiet at night and you can hear a lot of the nature. Everyone working there is really nice, especially the boatsman. He was always very quick to come get us, after receiving a message.

The question is what did I like, but “what” I liked was not a thing, but a person, Mabel, who manages the property. Whatever issues my friends and I had, she was a message away, and immediately took care of any concerns. Boipeba is not a big place, but I am a popular getaway weekend like May Day weekend, there are lots of people. Mabel gave us terrific advice, and almost always helped us go somewhere or do some thing that made our days in Boipeba filled.

I call this place, the Sheraton of Boipeba.. what an amazing place. Thanks you, Chris for your hospitality and we hope to be back. Great location, a 10 min walk from the port, by the beach. 20 min access to the wonderful west-side beaches of the island. The breakfast is wide and varied, served hot and fresh. Bungalows are clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The whole place feels like a tropical resort with birds, flowers and beauty.
