As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
I liked that it was a very family oriented space. It had such great welcoming atmosphere. The staff knew what they were about and offered good services. Constant running hot water was very much appreciated.
Reception was not welcoming initially by a particular staff who didn't even consider the fact that children travelled from far and was unfriendly before another staff took over to try to recover service. Jacques was the lifesaver. Wilfred, Rock and a couple others understand customer service
We stayed on the ocean side, with easy access to pool, beach and restaurant. Lots of lovely places to sit, child friendly, and plenty of activities to explore. The hotel grounds and beach were well maintained by attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet and meny for lunch and dinner. Staff were all around great. Very comfortable bed, and high quality child bed provided free of charge. the hotel manager was very attentive and genuinely caring about the guests' well being, with follow ups every day.
This was a quiet beach hotel with fun amenities- including mini golf, tennis, volleyball, swimming pools, kayaks, and bicycles. The food exceeded our expectations. The menu was priced appropriately for a resort and the delicious dishes. The generous breakfast spread also included plenty of options. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.
I loved the calm of the location, very little noise, great playlist selection at the dining hall.
I love how varied and affordable the menu was.
I loved the availability of complementary board games at the reception and the size and cleanliness of the pool.
I loved the choice of activities on site, didn't have to leave the resort the whole time
Really great ambiance with lots of activities for kids- mini golf, pools, beach volley ball, canoe/kayak, tennis, etc.
