Honestly much much much better than I could have ever imagined. The location is amazing and the place itself was super amazing. Even though it was windy and cold but the pool was great and water was warm. The room was super clean and above standards. Also, as a gift the owners made some really beautiful flower arrangements for our anniversary. Big thank you to Cielo Beach Resort for an excellent night. We will definitely come back again. Thanks.

Very spacious rooms, lots of parking space. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, all the staff were very cooperative. Breakfast buffet was really good, especially the Indian food.

Everything was amazing. Abraham was an exceptional concierge. He is the standard in hospitality customer service. Francis during the day shift is just as exceptional. She made sure the internet issue I had was quickly resolved and did a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. Amazing team work all around with the IT department who personally came to my room to troubleshoot and fix the issue within minutes of reporting.
