Literally everything from the moment we entered the standard of customer service provided was second to none, that’s from the bar staff, front desk, catering staff etc. they all went above and beyond, we enjoyed our stay at Ihot@l that much that we have already planned another trip back to Sunny Beach next year and we will be staying at this hotel. 10/10

Location of Lotus Family Hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes to the free beach. Room was very specious and well equipped and we had especially appreciated very high ceiling. People working at the reception were extremely nice and helpful.
Breakfast was everyday fresh and tasty.

The room was massive, really comfortable beds. A huge balcony overlooking the beach, double glazed windows to drown out the noise. Dishwasher, cooker etc. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, especially the girl on reception with the light coloured hair. She was so helpful and friendly, she needs a raise. We were on the top floor with sea views.
