    When I went to the hotel a man came out and said that they are not operating and I should contact booking.com to ask for refund.I call customer service and the girl said to me that I'll get refund in 10-12 days which I didn't get I don't know who should I contact to ask for my money.I wonder if this hotel doesn't work how they are still on your website?
