Location of Lotus Family Hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes to the free beach. Room was very specious and well equipped and we had especially appreciated very high ceiling. People working at the reception were extremely nice and helpful.
Breakfast was everyday fresh and tasty.

The food was very good & varied with tons of choice & lots of it. The rooms were big with very comfy beds & crisp white clean bedding. The swimming pool was huge, plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere during the day.

Location on the beach, big room with sea view, private beach. The kids entertainer really involved and happy to interact with shy kids also. Pizza guy was great. Loved the way he chilled aggitated people down. That guy deserves a medal. Also the pizza was great!
We had an extremely amazing time ther. The apartment has everything you need for a long family stay. The owners are very frindly and helpful. The beach is perfect for kids with Beach volyball and close conections to others. If you dont have a car, there is a nus stop close that beings you around. Waterparks, Nesebar and others.. Some shops are also not that far. All together, we had some nice vacation Thank again to the owners.
The service and the accommodation were great. Great variety of food on all courses. The "All inclusive" option is really worth it when it comes to food and beverages. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The staff is nice and responsive.

Everything was very good.We stayed for 6 nights and we had an attraction all the time , Spa ,tennis court , swiming pool , food good and never the same , black sea next to , outside bar with friendly bartender -zhenia. The hotel is super huge and sumptuous ,yes sometimes it seems too much and look funny like gipsy baron villa, but with time you get used to it😁😁.Room was cleaned every day .The administration takes care of you very well , communicates with us not as a client but as a friend .thanks for great time! ☺️

It's our second time in this complex but first time with kids and we had a good time. Good for first timer all inclusive clients and to train kids to behave.
we had a room just in front of the beach. the view was very nice and the beach so close. nice pool, the kids were happy. the ladies from reception desk were very nice. clean, cozy, nice balcony, nice green area, comfortable bed.
