The building looks old on the outside but don't get scared, it's renovated and inside everything is new. The room was clean with a private bathroom, towels, coffee, tea bags, a kettle, a small fridge and TV. There were curtains and a small balcony with a mosquito net. There was also an hairdryer and sockets near the bed to charge the phone. Only stayed one night because I had to leave, but felt confortable enough that I could have stayed more.
Staff was friendly. I stayed in the double bedroom as a solo traveller but if you are two then the value per person is really cheap.
Location was good, if you walk down the pedestrian street you're quickly at the old town.

I got treated like a king
The new breakfast bar is way better than any other in Bulgaria.
It's on par with the Kapinski breakfast bar.

Extremely friendly staff; exceptional for Europe. Very big rooms with a huge balcony all the way around. Beautiful set up and decorations; it feels like a palace. From our balcony on the third floor beautiful views to the mountain area and Plovdiv at night in the distance. They even give complementary fruit in the room and small bottles of water when you leave; this is truly unique.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
-The location was great - 20 minutes away from the Center of Plovdiv.
