the staff was very friendly and helpfull. althought the hotel is a bit outdated it had all the basic amenities a hotel needs and the friendliness of staff made up for it. the room and beds were cozy, with a big bathroom with bathtub. recomended for someone who values personal approach over modern design rooms and who would like to experience belgian friendliness and hospitality.

We stayed for one night mid-week as had visited the nearby Waterloo Battlefield Museum. The place was super clean, the hosts were knowledgeable, welcoming and delightful, breakfast was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. very well priced also.

We were given room 1, and the room was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom as a whole were great and the shower in particular was amazing. Great water pressure and the water gets warm very quickly. The WiFi had a good speed. The host was friendly and could speak English. The location was very quiet and peaceful, yet at the same time not too distant from the city center and close to a highway. There are easily accessible parking spaces in front of our stay to park the car.
