The hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful. We even got treated to some home made pie upon checking out. There is a fireplace in the living room with everything you need to start it. Also there's everything you need in the kitchen to prepare and store food, a lot of kitchen utensils, pans, pots, knives, etc. We were here for the F1 SPA GP and it was a perfect choice.

We regularly stop off at Blanckthys Hotel on our way to and from Italy by car. It is ideal for walking and cycling and has the bonus of an excellent restaurant serving fine food, plus a really good bar with superb Belgian beers.
The staff are always courteous and welcoming. The rooms are quiet and the hotel tends to attract an older set of guests.
English is not spoken widely in the area, but we have never had any problems.
Voeren is a quiet, peaceful town. We love it!
