We spent a good New Year's holiday in the apartment. The owner is very nice and answers quickly. We were greeted with champagne and a box of cookies, which was very nice. The owner allowed us early check-in and later check-out. The apartments have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Location near the city center, near the beach and a grocery store in the next house. A great place for a good holiday!

Very friendly hostess and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of "extras" such as store cupboard items in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. It was very useful having small supermarkets close by.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The studio we stayed in (with 2 kids) had a balcony with partial sea view, which was a nice bonus. Superbly clean, very compact, equipped for a short stay. The kitchenette was very useful. The small space apparently does not allow for a washing machine (handy with children engaged in active sea kamps and games on the beach) - otherwise it would be excellent. Washed their clothes by hand in the sink and dried on a drying rack on the balcony.
It is a great place to come with kids. Not only there is a fully functional and equipped apartment but also a lot of toys and games that are available at the spot. the apartment give access to a secure yard, where the children can play and jump.
Location! Direct line/ street to the beach / in sight from the balcony. Convenient for a family with small kids. It has everything you need for a short stay.
Super friendly host, all instructions were very clear. Amazing and clean apartment, super view, location and very well equipped kitchen. It rained almost all time when we were there but the apartment was so cozy and we didn't mind spending more time there. Also very child friendly. I would totally come back!
We had a very good stay at coolsea apartment. Apartment looks just like the photos, maybe even better. Detailed explanations and videos regarding key collection, parking and other items are very helpful. Host was very responsive and also allowed us late check out. There was a baby high chair and baby cot also in the apartment. 2x bathrooms, which was also great. Apartment is fully furnished and good amenities as well.
Family friendly hotel, loved the indoor playground for kids keeping them busy while parents relax nearby, location is perfect for beach trips, Family room very spacious.
Breakfast was the highlight, great variety and exceptional coffees.
Just a little walk from the Trainstation and the main beach is also easy to reach by walking through the nice Leopold Park. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was always helpful. The key system is very uncomplicated. It may not be a typical family apartement (no child seats e.g.), but the livingroom is very spacey, which allowed our kids to run around and have a good time.
