The BnB was in a quiet location despite being next to a railway line, with off road parking. Raf was so welcoming and told us all about the history of the place themed around old primary school material - fascinating. The breakfast was excellent and delivered in person at the agreed time. There was plenty of space, comfortable seating and endless TV channels to watch - even some in English. Raf also gave us some good advice on parking in Ghent for our day trip to the city.
