Very comfortable stay, and helpful staff. Not too far away from the city centre. However, it is worth mentioning that most of the time, reception were not available. Fortunately, they have small system that calls them via Skype in case you have any questions. Expect some room changes if you are staying more than a day.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The place can be described as adequate, including the shared bathrooms. Mr Huseyn is a lovely warm man, prone to singing and good feelings. His son gave excellent easy directions to proceed to Tbilisi. I unfortunately was too sleepy to join the midnight birthday celebration Mr Huseyn was so keen for me to join. Tea was always available on the stove when needed.
Not much happening in Ganja; it's mainly a transit point to Georgia.
This hotel is like a magic trick box- you walk from the entrance into a cozy small hotel and you walk out from the back into a big colorful mall that has everything, from supermarket to coffee place to children's entrtainment area. It was very convenient, matching all needs and ages. Both restaurants we tried in the Mall served authentic Azerbaijani cuisine. And that famous Ganja "kata"- a dream of a vegetarian!
A very convenient hotel in the center of the city, on the main square. The location is just perfect. Our King Suite Family room was really beautiful, large and comfortable. There were 4 excellent and re-configurable beds. All very clean. There's also a WiFi. The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We can happily recommend the hotel and would definitely come back.
Big and cozy room, fast wifi, very accomodating and helpful staff, restaurant’s food is tasty and affordable. In the room there was coffee, tea and water as well as the mini fridge where it is possible to get drinks/snacks for additional price.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and it was perfect for us, to have a comfortable hotel experience with spa included. Massage and scrub are available on request as well as quick and affordable laundry service. The breakfast which was included in the price offered a great selection of food and we even tried the restaurant for dinner on the 2 evening we spent there and we were really satisfied with that too.
Rooms and equipment was new and all clean. If we would visit Ganja again, we would definitely pick this hotel again :)
Сonvenient location, friendly staff. My room was very clean. I think that the price is very good for such conditions.
There are also separate pools for adults and children downstairs. Unfortunately, I stayed there only one day and couldn't visit the pools. But another guest was very satisfied with them.

Similar to a cosy family run hotel with a professional staff and an impeccable service. Staff including Ruslan, Fakhri, Miri and Ibrahim were particularly helpful in helping us finding places of interests to visit, Restaurnats etc. Breakfast was very nice at the hotel and the restaurnat clean and inviting. All in all they were very accomodating.
Thr staff was amazing. They gave my little son some cookies and were smiling all the time. Super friedly and helpful.
Our kids were surprised by the size of the room. They said it's definitely the biggest room where they recently stayed :)

The lounge music was amazing , really relaxing.
The breakfast was fresh and nice. Nothing extra, but al you need. Coffee and tiramisu at the bar were delicious.
We stayed in deluxe room. It is big enough for a family with children. Hotel is new. Furnitures' quality is very good. Special thanks to Farid & Natiq from reception for their hoapitality & politeness. Check in & check out timing is good. Breakfast is good enough.
