The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was a lovely surprise. We were given some tips on things to do and see nearby and a map and bus timetable when we checked in which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis court and the games room. I would recommend this resort.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The facilities at the complex are great, but it was little touches (i.e. board games, soft throw blankets, and more) they provide in this apartment that made our stay even more lovely and they were appreciated by the entire family. The kids loved the place. I can advise that the bed in the master bedroom is ridiculously comfortable! and the kids said their beds were comfy too.
Clean spacious and well appointed property with lovely views. Raymond the caretaker went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. From a early checkin to extra bikes / scooters for the kids to ride, and everything in between he made it extra special for our family.
