I havd a great 5D4N staying at no 96 with Mrs Yvonne and Mr Wesley family. Nice location, comfortable home and best of hospitality. I was solo travel in Melbourne, I intended to stay with host so I could experience the local life as much as possible. Mrs Yvonne and Mr Wesley treated me like their daughter. I love Mrs Yvonne's dumpling and fried noodles and Mr Wesley's coffee ☕️. Definitely I'll comeback and visit them again.

Exactly what you expect and I say that in the best possible way. Everything was clean, good amount of facilities and everyone staying was very respectful. I had to extend my stay but then reduce the extension and the owners refunded my money without fuss

Location and the bed was comfortable. A lot of basketball families also stayed there. Friendly staff. Wish we had more time to utilise the facilities.

It was clean, great location, and the rooms was spacious (extremely kid friendly). Very comfortable beds which meant restful sleep. Moreover loved the extra touch the management took to make it special - i.e. adorable Christmas card and goodies. The small things go far in service.

A comfortable stay, location was great to access the mall for food and a play for my 3 Yr old. Westfield mall had everything we needed, it was fantastic with amazing shops, food, cinema and play. Easy access to the hotel resturant and a kids play room, added bonus we got a few free drinks voucher on arrival. We watched a soccer match on a big screen in the resturant, which as great. Staff were very helpful.

Everything was good. Except the food. I ordered breakfast in my room and it was cold. The fritter was not edible. On my last night I invited my family for dinner no one was happy with the food. I ordered a rare steak and got a medium to rare. I could not fault anything else, which was exceptional.

All in all the hotel was very good, check in and out was fast and staff were very polite, we used the pool facilities which were good when it wasn't packed then it becomes loud and when children are splashing everyone not a fun experience. Staff were friendly and quick in the resturant and room service.
