The owner Parveen was rude and unprofessional. She charged me an extra fee for my dog who I didn't take to the motel and refused to refund.She did not inform me of this charge at the time of booking.
Very welcoming, especially to our miniature fox terrier. His tail wagged furiously from the moment we entered the House. Host, Tommy was very happy to see us & cooked delicious breakfasts for us next morning.
The themed room was spectacular and very comfortable.
It was just an overnight stay for a function in Cowra - but we were impressed with the quality of some of the retail outlets, for a smaller town, which were only a short stroll along the street!
