Location was perfect, close to park, walking trails and sovereign hill. Great that there was an actual cot there (not a port a cot) and some toys made it perfect for travelling with a toddler.

This house was amazing. Our family was booked to stay at another location, but we chose not to stay there. Within 30 minutes, our family had booked and checked into Shai Beau. Our family loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 nights. Such a warm, inviting and homely space. Love, love, loved it.

I like the house interior design and the location is perfect for our visit. Also, I like the little private space inside the master room for my baby’s sleeping area. It is not direct towards the door so that my baby can not be disturbed while other people are going in and out the bedroom.

Absolutely loved the roominess of the property, so much space. I was worried about keeping warm, but when I worked out the gas "fireplace" it warmed up very quickly. We just closed off the rooms that we didn't use. It's on a "main road" but you wouldn't know it when we were the house in early August. Didn't hear any traffic as we had the house closed up as it was so cold. If you have 2 families it is ideal as you definitely can have your own space. I loved the kitchen, and the big table, massive couches, etc

We liked the size of the accommodation and facilities. It was cold, and we were a little worried about heating in the further parts of the house, but it worked out okay. Good facilities for a large family. Made a great base for our stay. The kitchen was great and a big lounge for a relaxed night in

Close to Sovereign Hill, and great restaurants, modern and clean, and enough room for a family of five. Had great heating which is a necessity in a Ballarat winter.
