Breakfast was good, hotel staff even kept it longer open just for us.
The swim area to the lake is directly connected to the hotel, it is a bit small though, but nothing unusual for this area of the lake.
Velden Center is walking distance and there is enough space in the car parking at all times.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Local and "bio" food. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room/house equipment is very nice including a coffee machine. The room and bathroom were quite clean.
The place is located in beautiful countryside away from the busy tourist routes. There appear to be great hiking opportunities. We had a great view from the balcony.

Very quiet and cosy place in the countryside of Austria. Nice location, awesome landscape and view, and very friendly staff! Kids will be surprised to see peacocks walking next to the house.

House is situated in small and quite settlement in the middle of the woods but is very accessible and close to the lake. Haike is very welcoming and helpful the house is comfortable and well equipped We highly recommend this place for long or short stay
