Beautiful hotel in pleasant surroundings. I liked the facilities of the hotel, I had the feeling at times that I was in a chateau. The staff was very friendly and professional, very helpful with everything we needed. The best experience was having a great beer at the outdoor garden restaurant under the mature chestnut trees. This was an unforgettably pleasant experience. Overall it was great and I would love to stay at the hotel again sometime.

Great furnished apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed. Excellent location. Walking distance to shop, restaurant, bar, cafe, bakery. Two parking spaces, terrace. Even our two cats were happy. Communication was absolutely fine and we would be happy to return anytime.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very nice small lake, close to the mobil house. Water temperature was around 26-27°C, also good for smaller kids. Quite close to Salzburg. Fully equipped, when anything was missing, the owner came and brought it personally.
Lovely place - the area is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely walk after getting off the train to process all the fun of the day. The breakfast items were all handmade at the place and was the best meats and cheese we had on our trip so far.
Myself and my family really enjoyed the stay at the Gutshof Seenland. The host was very kind and the room was nice. We didn't miss anything! Since we had the chance to stay during the annual closing, the kitchen was closed, so I cannot share any insights on the food.
Very nice property. Everything inside was top quality. All the furniture, lighting, pots, dishes and bedding absolutely great. The hosts were great. All in all we had a great time there. Salzburg is about 20 min drive from and easily reachable by car.
The property itself is located in a small community of about 30-35 houses, located on a small hill between the mountains, perfect for a family and friends retreat without being too much cut out from civilization.
The location is very peaceful and beautiful around lush green meadows. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a blessing for kids to be around animals within the premises and stay connected to the nature.
Everything was perfect. Eva is a very nice host and prepared everything for us. There is a high chair for small kids (which you don’t get often). Everything is baby proofed (or can be easily put away). We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked. We got some home made apricot jam and strudel and a small gift at the end, which were unexpected.
The staff was very friendly, really find it like living with a family
