We arrived late and the staff left our room key with a note at reception for us, which was super helpful as we were exhausted and wanted a smooth check in.
The room was spotless and there was a huge amount of space. Room had a balcony which was a nice surprise.

First time in Austria- I thought this would be more like a hotel. But Gasthof means "inn"- therefore once you understand this you understand this is a place to stop but that does not have the facilities of a modern hotel.

Beautiful camp site with amazing views all around. Perfect balance between size and facilities. We stayed in a glamping tent. There was a 2p bed, a (sleeping) couch, a mini fridge, a lamp and three outlets.

Beautiful location with nice elevation (above 1100 m). Good facilities for children like playgrounds, swimming pool, board games, and entertainment program for each day. There were 4 meals served pet day including free drinks like juice, coffee, and tee. It was delicious and diverse. As it’s kids friendly we weren’t embarrassed by the mess we left after eating.
The owners are very helpful and nice. There is an option to add breakfast and also go for a dinner between certain times. Super tasty snitzel! The location is calm but quite close to good spots, lakes etc. There is self check in so you can arrive at any time. We came with a baby and they offered us a cot, also offered to help us with laundry if needed. You feel really welcomed at the place.
Aschlandhof is amazing place. The service is so glad. They prepared all of related information likes restaurant near by, activities in the towns. We booked family room and the space is bigger than our expectation. Bed is very comfortable. The price is nice too. We have lovely time! Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
Spotless spacious and well equipped apartment with lovely Large living and kitchen area and beautiful Mountain Views. Perfect for our family of two young children. The owner is very accommodating and friendly and has stocked the apartment really well
With all the essentials, even coffee and cooking oil so you don’t need to buy all of those extras. It is right across the road (2 min drive) from the kinder land ski area for beginners to practise which was great for the kids to ski, sled and play in the park. I wholeheartedly the place.
The rooms, the food, the playgrounds, the location, the landscape, the people - everything was fantastic! Additionally, we were delighted to discover free standard bikes (the e-bikes have a charge), while delicious apples were available for everyone through the hotel.
In one of the days we were able to take the children on a 2-hour pony ride through the woods, also free of charge.
There are lots of families with children and they are very well entertained.
Everything else was outstanding. Clean, helpful, thoughtful and thought provoking. Ecologically sensitive, regional produce and inclusive of dogs, kids, disabled and lgbtq. A throughly welcoming and wonderful place as a family or a group. Will certainly visit again and bring a Troup. Activity program in the week including carriage rides, a mountain dawn breakfast, culinary tasting menu, free mountain bike hire, great hiking direct from the hotel door. Magical!
Nice guesthouse/hotel, fusion of modern and antique style, well kept building, new bathroom, cool modern tyrolean atmosphere, super family friendly and good for kids, attentive and motivated staff.
Good location for exploring the region, quiet and surrounded by lovely nature.
