We had to turn back from our drive over the pass due to snow and found this hotel nearby. It felt like we had walked into a fairy tale. The host Lyn and Alan were so nice and welcoming and turned this terrible situation into a very nice experience. We cannot thank them enough for making us feel so welcome. We had dinner there and again could have not wished for a better place to stay.

Very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived – showed us where to wash & leave our bikes, made sure we got the last table in their restaurant for dinner and even offered to heat up their sauna. In general all the staff was very friendly & helpful at all times.
The hotel is located close enough to the lake so you can go there during the day or for an evening walk but still enough far away to feel private. The design is a perfect mix of vintage/traditional and modern with a lot of small hand-picked details.
Their bar has a nice menu to choose from and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet had everything from fresh bread & a big müesli selection to salmon & cheese.

This is a very nice 5 star hotel which is just far enough away from Kitzbühel to be away from the masses. The hotel was spotlessly clean - everywhere and the room is made up at least twice per day. The breakfast was exceptional. If the car park seems full just give your key to the reception and they will park it for you. All the staff (yes all of them) are incredibly friendly and demonstrated perfect manners. The Barmen really knows his stuff - I recommend you ask for a G n T - you won’t be disappointed.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Great family run hotel just outside of Kitzbuhel but well located on the main road with parking and beside a bus stop running regularly to the centre.
Wonderful walks on the doorstep too!
Lovely healthy breakfasts and great 3 course dinners.
We hope to return again next year!
Nice hotel in austrian Alps, beautiful view from the rooms, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Strongly recommend it for individuals, families and friends!
We would like to stay here again!
Very clean and modern, everything finished to a very high standard, owners were kind and asked us if we needed anything. Was also one of the only places we stayed in that had a proper cot mattress for our toddler. Balcony overlooks a river and at night you see loads of stars its so dark, amazing
Inside the apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and has potential for great family vacation. Construction noise at 7am from adjoining apartments very disturbing during our stay. Sylvia the property manager nice/helped find options but did not resolve so we moved after 1 night.
The host was very friendly and helpfull for whole stay. It was our first time at Kitzbühel and we get lots of information from her. And whole unit was comfortable, easy to reach, clean etc. There is no worries for me to stay at there next time with my family again.
Clean, modern and plenty spacious enough for a family. Kitchen small but has everything you need. Easy parking and 5 mins drive from 2 lifts, also ski bus <100m. Locker for skis in basement. Massive balcony must be great in summer.
The appartment is located in Aurach, 100 m away from a ski bus stop, so it’s a great choice for skiing holidays. The appartment was wonderful: completely new and modernly furnished with wooden floors and ground heating. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but fully functionable and we could cook simple meals without any problems. The hosts were kind and helpful, could be reached at any time and helped with anything we needed. A sauna and a ski storage room are also available.
Excellent, quiet location. For a skiing vacation without a car It is also close to the ski bus stop. Breakfast is fresh, rich and good quality. Dining food is tasty but has few options, one or more especially with a kids options menu would be appreciated. A useful storage for skiis with boot-rest heating rack. Also a nice sauna (that I didn't use unfortunately)
