Our apartment was very comfortable. You don't have to worry about any equipment, everything is available. Clean and cosy rooms, A very good contact with the owner. Fun area in the basement: billiards, table football, darts, ping-pong table. We spent our skiing holidays riding the slopes of the Schlick2000 and Stubai and a distance is not that long. It's not the Stubai Valley but in return it's comfortable and cheaper than, for example, Fulpmes. I highly recommend this place!

Magical place! I felt like I was in a fairy tale! Every detail is made with care from those who love what they do. The quality of the structure is impressive. All the smallest details were thought of by those who really like it, the room, the bathroom and the restaurant are outstanding. It was the best place I have ever stayed in the whole world. We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.
