We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It’s clear that the owner truly cares about her guests and the experience they have. The surroundings are beautiful, with horses adding to the charm of the place. We felt like we were on a holiday at a family member’s home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Relatively small hotel which makes it very cozy. Superb facilities (a REAL wellness). Owners Gabby & Heinz do their very best to give this place a personal touch. Heinz even took us on an early bird ski trip around Kaltenbach. Lovely staff; they do their very best to serve you all day round with a big smile.

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We really appreciated the location vs. what we wanted to do : Alpabach, the gorges, Schwaz , Rettenberg, AchenSee .
3 big bedrooms, 1 big living room. And some plays for the kids!
