I was not able to check in despite trying for 4+ hours, no staff available on site or over the phone, emergency phone number was not available tried calling over 50 times, we gave up at 10:30 pm, check in will not accept my phone number and insisted that it was invalid, stayed the night in another hotel, I will like to get refunded
Nice accommodation for one night stay. Confirmations, information and room key codes were very correctly described in e-mails, sent by hotel. Parking is possible in front of hotel. Small kitchen corner with kettle and some dishes. Only misunderstanding was to find hotel as address was not very clear.
Had a great time here. Location is perfect. Right in the city only a few minutes to the train station right by the fortress. Lots of Restaurant options and supermarket around. Friendly staff (I arrived early and they managed to get a room ready regardless). Good restaurant on-site as well (closed Sun and Mon). Rooms are new, functional and well equipment. Breakfast was really nice. Good value for money.

Although I was confused by the photos, and it turned out that the family room was just one room with a bathroom, it actually turned out, okay, that the kitchen facilities were shared.
The sound insulation was excellent when the windows were closed. Although most of the time didn’t need the window closed. The air conditioning worked just great.
The decoration and fixtures were still in reasonable condition, although no longer brand-new. Good quality bathroom.
And an extremely helpful and quickly responsive host.
