Very friendly and helpful personell. We travelled as a family with our 5 year old son. We went there for hicking and I got from the reception the best recommendation on where to go.
The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, with a personal touch in every room.
The breakfast had everything we wanted and a cozy atmosphere.
Also the restaurant in the evening was a pleasure. It is situatued right in the center of Großarl, which makes it very easy to either go for a hike right there or take the bus.
I would come back again, any season.

We normally prefer to stay away from people but this time we opted to stay right in the centre of the village and didn't regret it at all! It was quiet, yet super convenient: cheap outdoor swimming pool right across the street, huge free of charge amazingly beautiful kids' playground too, tennis and golf course, great pizza place. Billa and cableway 500m from the place. Plus it was super well equipped, we found EVERYTHING in the kitchen, big pots, pans, even robot for pancakes and small plastic boxes for snacks. There were also towels, board games for big and small players, the terrace was nice too.
Guests of Pension Neumayr can use a sauna, infrared cabin and sun terrace with deckchairs free of charge. The property also has a children’s playground, a table tennis table and a fitness room.

A very cozy hotel, beautiful interiors that emphasize the family continuity of management of this hotel. Great reception staff - the only ones who speak and understand languages other than German.
Large rooms, comfortable mattresses (which I can't say about the pillows).
Excellent breakfasts, where in addition to the buffet, you can order a hot dish.
If you go to the mountains - the hotel gives you the opportunity to use hiking poles - priceless! Special thanks for this! There is also the possibility of a free group excursion, but if you do not speak German and do not want to wait for the group for 3 hours in the cafe at the top - I do not recommend it.

An outstanding hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from the room was amazing. Everything was perfect.
