The Gaestehaus has a nice vibe, and is in a quite location. The lounge room downstairs is awesome, you can have a coffee there or take it with you outside (where we liked to sit under the big tree there). Fridge available for guests.

The rooms are in a very nice modernised old building next to the owners' house. We had a very friendly welcome from one of the family members, who spoke perfect English. We liked the atmosphere of the place. It was clean, the kitchen and dining room was great, and everything worked.
The area is very nice. A large village/small town with an attractive square and a church about 50 m from the house. A bakery, a restaurant or two and various shops. There is beautiful countryside all around you.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Old renovated active farm located on quiet place close to Julbach town. Spacy and fully equiped appartments with local and fresh food breakfast option, easy parking, nice view, intimity and nice owners makes the stay real pleasure. Perfect for families (active farming and animals atractive for kids), bikers (nice hilly landscape around), skiers (Hochficht nearby) or group of friends. Sauna available as a bonus :-).
Our first stay at biofarm. Our kids really liked feeding cows, playing with cats and jumping in the hay. They even wanted to skip skiing at Hochficht (15 min by car). Also the sauna and breakfast were great.
