The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. It was very clean and comfortable and had a large outdoor balcony area for relaxing. The kitchen area is a good size. The surrounding area is scenic and the nearby park & swimming pool was popular with our children. The apartment was close to the fabulous Krimml waterfalls and other mountain activities, located high on the hillside, outside the village. The main road passing outside did not disturb us with any traffic noise.
Just 100 metres from ski lifts, this traditional hotel in the Gerlosstein ski area features a garden with children’s playground, spa facilities and views of the Zillertal Valley.

As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel, we were amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the environment and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful, with mountain views all around the hotel. We arrived to the hotel quite late after travelling all day so even when the kitchen was about to close, the manager extended the kitchen times so we could have a family meal. The food was amazing, with a range of traditional dishes that me, my husband and kids all loved. Furthermore, the room was outstanding with a view of the mountains, clean and tidy environment and quite and relaxing surroundings. The manager was lovely to speak to and since we haven't been to Austria in over 10 years, we were a bit lost on what we could do, so the manager gave us recommendations of what there is to do in the area and overall really made sure our stay was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, I would definitely stay again!

We loved the room, the view, the food, the beer, the wine, the pool, the staff, the chill-out area, the air hockey table, and being on the doorstep of epic running trails, cycling routes, and climbing routes. Plus, the little touches (room chocolate, birthday cake) add that je ne sais quoi. This is our fourth trip to Hotel Neue Post; we love it and will keep coming back!

WE liked the spread of the breakfast as well as the dinner menu was very nice, and the taste was good. We liked the idea of having a fixed table for us, so we can go and use the same table during our stay. The dinner was lovely.

The apartment was clean, fully equipped and very comfortable, even for two families with children and a dog :). Great location only 5 min from Zell am Ziller and very close to many tourist attractions in Zillertal. It was a very nice stay!
Hosts lives next door and were flexible about the check in. The process was very easy.
The property location is good and the rooms are clean. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the hosts kids were super kind to share their toys and cycles and play equipment with our children.
Super for family groups. Apartament situated high over Zillertal with a beautifull view. Convinient for skiers with car, within 0.5h driving range to Gerlos-Hochkrimml and Mayrhoffen-Tux that we find the best for families with both beginners and expeirnced skiers..
Inside: big and well equipped big living-cooking-dining area, ski storage with boots dryer. The rest is very spacious and comfortable, and looks as on the photos.

We were two families with 4 adults and 4 kids altogether. We found the apartment a bit expensive, but our stay, nevertheless, was enjoyable. The apartment was neat and the landlady was always there when we needed something. A car ride to Rosenalmbahn takes 10-15 minutes. The landlady was very helpful.
