Staff was nice and helpful, they helped us with the luggage, and also recommended the best places to visit in zell am see. The location of the hotel was amazing, on the top of the hills with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The service was good as well, every one was smiling and very kind. The SPA was very specious with 2 very big and one smaller sauna, fitnes, outdoor infinity pool and more. 3 to 5 gang menu was very delicious as well.
