I recently had the pleasure of staying in this incredible apartment during my vacation. First off, Daniela, the owner, was an absolute gem – super friendly and always ready to help out with anything we needed.
The apartment itself was very spacious! plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, it had everything you could think of, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living areas, as well as a stable and fast wifi connection.
there was also a clean and nice sauna which was a great way to unwind and relax.
The location was spot on – nestled in a quiet area but still just a quick drive to Flachau's main road.
There was a small playground in the backyard and a playroom with some toys and a ping-pong table – perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while we kicked back and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Huge thanks to Daniela for being such an awesome host – we'll definitely be back!

A perfect place to stay, the kids enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave the place. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and is comfortable for cooking. Wide rooms.

Andreas is really super host, his breakfast is delicious with varieties of breads, cheese and fruits.
Everything was perfect - from host amability with the key even we arrived late, big room equiped with everything you need, warm, very good bed, and in very good state, very clean, quiet, very good ski storage room, nice view from the window.
For families with small children: there are poneys at the property, and for adults: there are horses for a walk.
We would like to come back soon :)
Very nice apartment with everything what you need. Close to tourist information and childrens playground. Whole area - Flachau, Wagrain - is super baby/kids friendly.
Everything. place is very friendly for children. a lot of apparatuses, generally clean, beautiful staff so nice, atmosphere of vacation. relaxed. we enjoyed a lot. i really recommend for families with small children.
The apartment was at the perfect place (close to the Star jet), very nice and comfortable with nice view. We also loved the sauna and playroom for the kids (very convenient in bad weather). You can find here everything you need for a nice family vacation in the mountains. The owner is very kind and sweet! We liked our stay here very much.
The hotel offers a good option for families. We have 4 children 1/4/7/10 years old. The younger two were taken care of in the kids club allowing us to Ski which was so helpful. The staff were kind in the kids club and attentive. The food was delicious. Our room had a mezzanine was clean and modern. The outdoor pool was lovely and the kids pool my

The apartment is well equipped. The farm was so much fun for kids and a great way to really feel Austria. Great view. Extremly Quiet.
