Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I had an accident away from the hotel
which resulted in a broken finger.
The staff were incredibly helpful helping me to contact my insurance company and organising a taxi to the hospital.
I had to stay an extra night. They gave me a discount.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Spa facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet was good and very nice dinners.

Great location to explore the mountains.
Had a nice Spa, but the Adults only section is only open a few days a week, so we missed this experience.
Don’t go if you have no experience of noisy children running around. Luckly, we have had kids, so we were slightly immune to this.
Picturesque view. Family orientated hotel. Indeed, many activities for your kids. Generally clean. Rich and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner (soup and salad-bar, main dish of your choice plus dessert). Special kids menu. The personnel was very friendly and positive.
We booked this hotel to ski in Serfaus. Way from the hotel to the Serfaus parking is 25 minutes by the car. That was ok.
This is very small family hotel with only 16 rooms. It is managed by the family. They are very friendly, but don't speak english at all, however inexplicably speak with you German even knowing you can't understand anything.
Service is nothing special. Just bed and breakfast. But price for value is very adequate.
