The hotel is extremely child-friendly and at the same time provides plenty of relaxing and fun opportunities for adults. The food is really great (dinner is a high quality full-course meal). Very friendly and helpful staff (Sarah and Alexandra from reception always went the extra mile being patient with my many questions and making sure all our plans were fulfilled). It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.
