Check in was stand out - excellent staff at reception made us feel welcome immediately. The saunas and pools were fabulous, all surrounded by cosy, warm and inviting relax areas. The food, from breakfast through afternoon cakes to dinner, were superb - we loved the veggie / vegan options. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Breakfast was good. We liked the pool and the sauna area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids liked the playroom. Hotel and rooms were clean .
Superb natural location with stunning view over the valley. Clean, warm accomodation unit with everything functional. Fits up to 4 persons. Discrete hosts and quiet environment. Short (15 minutes by car) every day trip to the ski slopes in Bad Kleinkircheim.
It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.
Great location, very beautiful area. Hosts were very mice and friendly. House and specifically our apartment was very cozy and clean. Great for family trips… Next to the house u can find Tennis which is big Plus if you in to it :) lake is only in walking distance… Highly recommend.
Beautiful location, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and the public beach; with pretty much everything we needed in the appartment. The place was clean and well-kept, with decor generally tasteful (some of it a little dated) but unimposing. The owner was really friendly and helpful with, for example, our family's need to wash clothes.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the room. Breakfast was also really great and there are lots of toys for kids near the breakfast room! Our son didn't want to leave :-)
