Our flat (3 rooms) was spacious and perfectly equipped and it had a separate entrance. It's a great base for nearby attractions !!! The owner was super helpful and welcoming (we got home-made bread for breakfast). We were also given a WELCOME CARD so we didn't have to pay for some of the cable cars (Mutteralm, Axamer Lizum etc.) and had a discount on others. There is a grocery shop with everything you need a few minutes away by car.
