Absolutely everything. The location was stunning, the facilities were top notch, the service was personalised and impeccable. Our room (the family room) was straight out of an interior design magazine and the breakfast was great. We dined several times at the hotel restaurant which was adjacent to it and is also run by the family - and it was delicious. There was a big park with a trampoline and other games to keep the little one entertained and the roofed, heated pool was a big hit also. There was a lovely garden to have tea and cake in (home made cakes, coffee and tea were available from 2 to 4 pm at no extra cost) and also to read a good novel and lose yourself in the scent of the flowers and the sound of the feature fountain. The gentleman who runs it has high attention to detail and was very kind and attentive. We had to leave before the usual breakfast time so he got up one hour earlier to make a full breakfast just for us! He made sure our stay was excellent and we will definitely be coming back next year! Many a hotel owner/ hotel chain manager should visit and take notes on how to run a place to an absolute high standard.

The apartment is very convinient, comfortable and contains all necessary equipment for one or two week stays. It is located in villas suburb of Ebensee, which gives you a feel of a village but very close to the nice town. The town of Ebensee is spacious and full of air and close to many local attractions like the lake, mountains (cable car line), museums etc.. The railway station is around 10-15 minutes walk, but it is advisable to use own car or bikes which are offered by the host to move around on your own. If you come by car use your navigation any type for easier access. The palce is also easy to find on the map. I highly grade the host Marianne, who provides a lot of valuable advice and assistance in tourist activity.
