Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.
Surrounded by a large garden with a children’s playground, these spacious, self-catering apartments are just a 5-minute walk from Lake Ossiach. Each has a balcony or terrace.

Super friendly hotel staff. We got upgraded to the bungalow, very spacious and nice.
Breakfast was good, hotel staff even kept it longer open just for us.
The swim area to the lake is directly connected to the hotel, it is a bit small though, but nothing unusual for this area of the lake.
Velden Center is walking distance and there is enough space in the car parking at all times.

Superb location directly at the lake, very nice “beach”. Breakfast on the terrace with a view. Family room with lake view and plenty of space. Kid’s playground. The lake had warm and clean water, very enjoyable to plunge in.

A great, albeit compact, apartment. Comfortable, well equipped, very quiet, well located, friendly & helpful hosts. An unexpected added bonus was the inhouse sauna & wellness area - very relaxing.

I was surprised by the “play room” for kids! It was super plus for us as we didn’t know that they had one.
The host was very welcoming and gave us a few arrival gifts. We booked all of the apartments within the house, all were wonderful and very comfy, decorated as a ski chalet. The house is located near the Gerlitzen ski restort to which we took a 15 min drive every day. Our trip was also made memorable by the time we spent hanging out together in the enjoyable living room - each apartment has a common space and a very functional kitchen! Couldn't have picked a better house to rent :)
Well equipped small appartment, good for smaller families. Private beach with trees were fantastic. Perfect spot for paddleboarding, supermakret around 300m away.
Volleyball court, Ping-pong and smal sandbox for kids available.
We liked the accomodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, suitable for families with children and pets. Two supermarkets are nearby. There is a bus stop few meters away which takes you to the cable car if you don't want to drive by car.
