It is rare that a hotel exceeds the expectations. The attention to detail, stunning architecture and interior detail were amazing. And In my opinion it is always about the little stuff + cleanness. Being able to do your own coffee in the room in the miring - makes allllll the difference. Susan Kaufmann soap and body cream show how the guest is valued. Cleanliness, tidiness, kindness off the staff who really did the best to make sure everything was fine. I had a really unpleasant situation with a local bus driver (who wouldn’t accept my Guest card) and the receptionist made a complaint to let me have a refund. Good location, spa area offers different saunas, service of staff excellent. Special thanks to Harry in the restaurant for his hospitality. Food quality excellent. Bedroom (while small @ 19m2) very functional.
A gem of an apartment. Had every conceivable convenience. The views from the L shaped balcony are unforgettable. We stayed for a week in the apartment and had so many places to visit. Bludenz is a great base for visiting all of the Vorarlberg. We never scratched the surface of things to do and will definitely stay in this apartment again. The owners couldn't have been any more hospitable and helpful. We were genuinely upset to leave. Thanks again Simone, Daniel and family for a great stay.
Stayed in Schlosshotel for 4 nights for ski trip. Really lovely hotel, especially for its cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The room was really clean and beds were very comfy. Great shower with rainfall shower in addition. I think we had slightly newer room compared to some of our other family members which was nicer and more modern. They gave us all a lovely mug when we checked out which was a nice gesture. No complaints, would definitely stay again.
