Staff were super helpful. I left one of my Apple Airpod earbuds in my room when I checked out. I sent the hotel an email when I got home. I got a response the next day. They found my earbud and we’re going to mail it to me. Thank you very much!!!

The hotel is very nice. Good swimming pools and kids swimming area. I like Tropicana the most - it is the warmest zone.
Breakfast was good. Also “lunch” was provided: consists of strudel and snacks.

Room looks better and newer then on the pictures. Outside jealousy close from the sun very good. Also good sound isolation from the street.

We have visited for the second time in the last few years and both times the stay was excellent. Hotel has spacious family rooms, great food, wellness, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for all ages, accommodates greatly for kids. Only short walking distance to Aquapulco with a possibility to buy VIP tickets directly at the hotel. Special touch this stay was Easter bowls with sweets for each kid staying at the hotel during Easter hidden in the lobby with kids names on them.
