The hotel is located a few kilometers from the Italian-Austrian border in a very picturesque village. We really liked the organization of the space, because there were several buildings in the open courtyard, e.g. the main building with the hotel and restaurant, next to another building with rooms, a garage for bicycles, and also utility rooms.
Very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds, you could turn on the heating, which allowed clothes to dry at low temperatures outside and the rain, even though it was June.
The restaurant served very tasty food (both breakfasts and dinners). We were very pleased with the stay.

Not bad, but very simple when you compare hotels with the simalar cost. Hotele offers WiFi, so, it is included in the cost. But not workink, not due to defect, but due to saving money. When I asked in reception, thay reccomend me to tel it to the boss. "Funy", they no where is the problem.

Everything! Really lovely property with great attention to detail. Norman also left us some drinks and food in the fridge which was highly appreciated after a long drive. Nice and quiet location with lovely views of the nearby mountains.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Everything was stunningly beautiful. The owners are incredibly nice people. The garden and terrace are wonderful. Everything is clean and tidy. I would recommend it to everyone, also with children and dogs. Dogs are welcome with snack and dining bowl.
We have stayed in Arnie Apartman during our longer trip to Italy. Apartment is located close to the highway but it is peacefull and quiet, with a beautiful wiev. Well equiped kitchen, nice rooms with comfortable beds, wi-fi connection and self-check-in are the adventages. And last but not least: host was so kind and before our arrival asked if kids would like to sleep in separate bedroom or together on a cough that would be closer to our bedroom. That was so nice.
What a wonderful place to stay, we loved every minute of it.

Great location - very close to an Italian ski centre Tarvisio. We appreciate that the room and the keys were ready for us even though we booked the apartment last minute - that day in the morning. The apartment was equipped with a washing mashine and a drying rack, which was great for wet ski clothing. The bathroom was quite big. We stayed in the apartment with children. We enjoyed our stay.
