Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

From the Entrance was just a short walk to the lake and by the lake there is an abundance of umbrellas free for the taking.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce.
In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.
The place is perfectly fitted in a very wonderful property, you have a private parking and heartworming landscapes. Also, you are literally 50m away from the cable car heading to the top of the nearby mountain.
The room was spaciuos and Lady Veronika help us with the baby bed even in late evening.
The breakfast is gorgeous as well as the personnel.

Beautiful appartments, so closed to cable, just 2 min walk, amazing view on the lake, sauna as a benefit, possibility to have a breakfast (but we did not try), play room for children, childchairs for the babies. Perfectly clean, kitchen well equiped.
The apartment was super clean and big. Furnitures and electronics are top quality in the flat. Great choice for families. You can find everything you need in the apartment. It's very close to the ski lift.
Accomodation was exactly as described, but with additional lounge for the guests. Owners were friendly. Close vicinity of hiking paths, skii area and Villach (town).
A really great property with an amazing view and as close to the ski lift as one can get. Perfect for a family, offers everything one needs, including some books and toys. It is obvious the place is used and cared for as we even found napkins and a sandwich bag when we needed it (thank you, Sylvia!).
There is a restaurant at the lift station, a gas station and a Billa/Hofer fairly close.
Our room was on the ground floor, and it still had a great view on Ossiacher See. Our hosts were very kind, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Kanzelbahn cable lift is a 10 minute walk from the house. For such an affordable price, I highly recommend Pension Winkler to anyone.
